# Gather College Church

> Gather College Church is a collegiate church in Davis, California, 
> serving college students from UC Davis and Sac State. We gather every Sunday 
> at 12PM at Khaira Lecture Hall on the UC Davis campus for worship, teaching, 
> and lunch, and exist to help students build genuine, Acts 2-style community 
> and grow in faith during their college years.

## About
Founded in 1997 by a small group of post-grads from a Berkeley church, Gather 
has grown over nearly 30 years into a community that has sent out more than 200 
kingdom workers — church planters, missionaries, pastors, and bi-vocational 
ministers. Campus pastor Albert and his wife Elisa lead the ministry, focused 
on walking alongside students through college's ups and downs.

Gather is part of the Acts2 Network (acts2.network) and Acts2 College 
(acts2college.org).

## Sunday Service
- **When:** Sundays, 12PM, starting Fall Quarter
- **Where:** Khaira Lecture Hall, UC Davis
- **Who:** UC Davis and Sac State college students — all welcome, no church 
  background required
- **What to expect:** Worship, a message from Scripture, and lunch served 
  after the service
